The
PMC VersaLine® VL2000 Series submersible level transmitters
are specifically designed for use in wastewater, pump/lift station
applications. The ceramic sensing element provides a rugged flush
open face design which avoids clogging or sludge build up from the
materials often encountered in wastewater. The stainless steel construction
will satisfy most applications, but an option of Titanium is available
where the chemical environments dictate. The standard polyurethane
vented cable is molded to the transmitter providing the highest
integrity waterproof assembly well proven in thousands of installations
worldwide. FEP cable is available as an alternate for harsh environments.
A feature of the VL2000 Series is full scale ranges as low as 10
WC.

The PMC VersaLine®
VL2000-SW Series submersible level transmitters are specifically
designed for use in wastewater, pump/lift station applications.
The ceramic capacitive sensing element provides a rugged, open face
design which avoids clogging or sludge build up from the material
often encountered in wastewater. Designed specifically for the VL2000
the SW2000 provides a "cage" sink weight/anchor for
transmitters installed on the bottom of wastewater sewage lift stations
and is replaceable.

The
MTM 3000 Miniature Depth and Level pressure sensor is available
for applications where space is very limited. The housing diameter
of 0.39 inches offers the user an ideal high performance level
measurement in small diameter, i.e. 1/2" monitoring wells, stand
pipes and bore holes. The Titanium construction and integral polyurethane
cable provide a reliable long term solution for these difficult-to-measure
applications. Kevlar is used as a cable reinforcement to avoid any
elongation, particularly when long lengths of cable are required for
deep wells. Long term stability of typically ±0.1% per year
also contributes toward a maintenance-free installation.

PMC VersaLine® VL4500 Series submersible transmitters are
specifically designed for depth and level measurements of groundwater,
wastewater, and sea water. Typical applications are small size bore
holes, wells, dams, irrigation, sewage lift stations, rivers and oceanography.
The titanium housing provides immunity to virtually all environments,
especially including brackish or sea water, or other chemicals unsuitable
for stainless steel. The standard polyurethane vented cable is molded
to the transmitter providing the highest integrity waterproof assembly
well proven in thousands of installations worldwide. Kevlar is used
to avoid any cable elongation when longer lengths up to 1000 feet
are required for deep wells. FEP cable is available as an alternate
for harsh environments. A feature of the VL4500 Series is full
scale ranges as low 30" WC.

The PMC VersaLine®
VL3114 features the SDI-12 protocol. RS485 (Modbus) is
also available. Standard polyurethane vented cable is molded to
the transmitter providing the highest integrity waterproof assembly
well proven in thousands of installations.
SDI-12 stands for serial data interface at 1200 baud. It is a standard
to interface battery powered data recorders with micro-processor
based sensors designed for environmental data acquisition.
