Thermocouple Connector Selection Guide - ThermX offers thermocouple connectors in both miniature and standard sizes in J, K, T, N, E, R, S, B, U, and C. Miniature connectors have flat pins and standard connectors have round pins in male plug or female jack/socket configuration. Thermocouple plugs and jacks provide dependable, quick connections and easy installation of thermocouple wire and metal-sheath thermocouples. Miniature connectors accept wire sizes from 40 AWG diameter to 24 gauge. Standard connectors accept wire sizes from 24 AWG diameter to 18 gauge. Wire clamps are available for added support.

Connector bodies molded of glass-filled thermoset compounds (will not melt) for high strength and dependability. The color-coded Connectors will withstand ambient temperatures to 400°F (205°C) continuously and 500°F (260°C) intermittently.
