Cut & Strip Mineral Insulated Thermocouple

Custom Cut & Strip Mineral Insulated Thermocouple is available in 0.020", 0.032", 0.040" and 0.062" diameters with grounded or ungrounded junctions in lengths up to 1000 ft. lengths.  Rugged, flexible with fast response, cut & strip thermocouples have an outer metal sheath which protects the insulation and conductors from the environment while covering temperature ranges from -200 °C to 1200 °C. Ideal for routing into gas turbine engines and diesel engines for performance testing in tight spaces.  They allow installation from the inside to the outside of a system for final termination with a thermocouple connector. Also available in 1/8", 3/16", 1/14", and 3/8" diameter material for 
industrial replacement thermocouples.
